FrezzKnow LLC., is committed to maintaining professionalism, great quality, and creative services for our clients. Our policies are designed to help you understand how we operate our business, collect, and how to book.

The terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to the Company, FrezzKnow LLC.
“You” refers to yourself, the client.
By booking our services, you accept all of our policies and terms that have been listed below.

BOOKING POLICY

Booking with FrezzKnow LLC., must be done through our website.
Once your booking inquiry has been submitted, we will contact you via email, and possibly via text, to schedule your appointment and to collect payment. Retainer fees are non-refundable and required for booking.

CHECKS, VENMO, CASHAPP, PAYPAL, & APPLE PAY ARE NOT ACCEPTED

Remaining balance is due on the day of service. You MUST also provide a signed Contract to complete your booking.

TRAVEL POLICY

Travel Fee Guide:
1 hour - 1 hour 30 mins: $100.00
2 hours - 2 hours 30 mins: $200.00
3 hours - 3 hours 30 mins: $300.00
If more than 3 hours 30 mins away, Out of State requirements are required.
OUT OF STATE : a Business Class plane ticket, hotel, and transportation are required to be covered by you.

LATE POLICY

If for any reason you are going to be late for your appointment, please reach out to us as soon as possible. Our number will be given once booking is confirmed.

A 15 minute grace period will be given. After 15 minutes, there will be a late fee of $50.00 added to your invoice.
After 30 minutes, your shoot will be cancelled.
To reschedule, you will have to book again and pay another deposit.

*Please note that you being late will be apart of your session time.

CANCELLATION POLICY

To cancel your appointment, please contact us via email at frezzknow@gmail.com at least 48 hours before your appointment date and time. Same day cancellation will result in a fee of $75.00. Please be reminded that your non-refundable deposit is non-refundable. There is a new deposit required for all canceled/rescheduled appointments made by the client.

FrezzKnow LLC., reserves the right to deny service to any client who has a history of cancellations with our business. We shall have no further liability with respect to the agreement. This also applies in the event that photographic materials are damaged in processing, lost through camera or other media malfunction, lost in mail or otherwise lost or damaged without fault on us. 

FAILURE TO PAY

Failure to pay any fees will result in a law suit.

IMAGE POLICY

PROOFS are sent to client 24-48 hours after photoshoot. Retouching takes anywhere between 7-10 business days (Tuesday-Saturday). Additional images can be purchased. FrezzKnow LLC., wants to make sure we provide high quality service and images to our clients.
